What follows is a guide to all of the recorded music of Final Fantasy VII, including both original pieces from the game and arranged works. Note that this list doesn't contain unofficial and fan-arranged music, such as Project Majestic Mix. Also note that the Advent Childen soundtrack has its own page, which can be found here.
All compositions are by Nobuo Uematsu.

Final Fantasy VII: Reunion Tracks
Out of print for many years until recently, this album is mostly a one-disk collection of assorted pieces from the FFVII Original Soundtrack. However, the last three pieces are full-orchestral renditions. Orchestration for these last three pieces is by Shirou Hamaguchi.
The liner notes for Reunion Tracks contains an amusing cartoon by Tetsuya Nomura that depicts Nobuo Uematsu with Aeris, Cloud, and Tifa. You can see this drawing here.
Track Listing:
- Opening ~ Bombing Mission

Special Note - There's a hidden track on this CD: an orchestral version of "One Winged Angel" without vocals. It can be found by rewinding the first track to just before -04:26 in a standard CD player (most computer CD-ROM drives will not work).
Piano Collections: Final Fantasy VII
For a long time, every Final Fantasy game since FFIV has had a "Piano Collections" arrange album, save for FFVII. Nearly seven years later, this album finally saw the light of day.
Another notable fact about this album is that it was the very last music CD—of any kind—published by DigiCube (before DigiCube went bankrupt, it primarily served as Square's publishing wing). Most subsequent releases of Final Fantasy music (including reissues) are now under a generic "Square Enix" label.
Arrangements by Shiro Hamaguchi. Performed by Seiji Honda.

Extra: "One Winged Angel" lyrics
Here are the lyrics to FFVII's signature song, "One Winged Angel", which is partially based on the classical work, "Carmina Burana". On the left are the original Latin lyrics, and on the right are the same lyrics, translated into English. Thanks goes out to Reno for the translation!
