Secrets & Mysteries | Can Aeris return in the Japanese version?

A prevailing rumor still floating around suggests Aeris is somehow revivable in the Japanese version of Final Fantasy VII. For reasons unknown, Square decided to ship FFVII overseas without Aeris' resurrection.

Ask yourself this question. How logical would that be? The answer is simple, it isn't logical. Why would Square deliberately cut something from a game and risk its reputation? It wouldn't.

Hence, I'm sad to say Aeris is not revivable in the Japanese version. In fact, she can't be revived in any version. If you've heard otherwise, you have been misled. Sorry.
