02/21/2005: "Technical Stuff"

For the past few days, I've been working on some backend stuff here at the Citadel. Most of the changes which I've made are minor, behind-the-scenes types of things which you won't notice, but there's a couple of them you may.

One other thing you may notice is that the Citadel is now once again open for submissions. Feel free to submit your observations and fanworks, but please read the Submission Policies before doing so!

Now, on with the update: a couple people have sent in info about "Test 0", a supposed hidden monster in the Japanese version of FFVII. If you want to read up on this beast, check out its entry on the Monster Rumors page. Also, I've made some small revisions and updates to the Staff, Site FAQ, and Submission Policies pages.
