06/28/2007: "Coming Soon: Final Fantasy VII Play Arts Vol. 1"

New pictures of the upcoming Play Arts series based on the original FFVII can now be found at the Square Enix Products blog. Square Enix plans to release figures of Cloud, Aeris, and Tifa sometime this winter for the price of ¥3,800 apiece, while a stunning Cloud and Hardy Daytona set (¥9,800) should be available either later in the winter or sometime next spring. Release information for the U.S. and elsewhere has not yet been announced, but will most likely crop up within the coming months.

Yeah, there are tons of Cloud figures out there (I personally have, oh, about seven Clouds?), but as far as the Play Arts series goes, there have not yet been any released of original FFVII Cloud.
