10/22/2004: "Rarities and Remembrances"

Well, I'm home sick today, so you lucky cats are getting yourselves an update!

First off, we now have some incredibly rare pieces available in Images and Media: original background source art from FFVII! These intricate line drawings were done by a Japanese company called Kusanagi, which has since created concept art for the backgrounds in FFVIII, FFIX, and FFX. We have ten images in all, including a very strange one which seems to have not made it into the final version of the game (you can find this drawing listed as "unidentifiable"). Be sure to check out these wonderful pieces of FFVII history.

And speaking of history, the Citadel's Museum has received a much-needed overhaul and update. Thanks go out to Cyrus Dogstar for some of the old site files, and ChibiTaryn for the headers and buttons from the old Acmlmboard.
