09/14/2015: "FFVII G-Bike Mobile Game Shutting Down"

Final Fantasy VII G-Bike, the iOS and Android game based on the memorable FFVII minigame, is shutting down later this year. The sale of in-game Gems will end on October 13 at 1:00 PM (JST), and the game itself will cease updating on December 15 at 11:59 PM (JST). G-Bike has not been released in North America or Europe, and, given this news, chances are that it never will be.

In stating a reason for shutting down this game, Square Enix said that it had difficulty offering a satisfactory service to users. Additionally, the news of this shutdown doesn't seem to bode well for developer CyberConnect2's rumored involvement with the FFVII remake.

Not too surprized by this news. Btw, do you want to do a link exchange? You're not replying to email...may be worth your while.

OK, you may have had a point. I've improved the look of the web site, try viewing again and hit 'Refresh' if necessary...

Anyway, assuming I'm talking to the webmaster of ff7citadel, can't we just be buddies? Your web site offers all the cool Aeris theories etc, mine has the good Materia combos page and Steal and Morph lists...

I can even put in a detailed description of the ff7citadel in my 'Links' page, just let me know what you want me to write...I do get some traffic you know!

Paulo: Assuming you're addressing me, I'm not the Webmaster anymore and haven't been for years. Nowadays, I mainly just write the news and run the forums ^^;

You should try and contact Clidus, the current Webmaster.
