Sweetness, I'm there! Nobuo Uematsu is supposed to be in attendance as well. I badly wanted to go to Dear Friends and couldn't - this is my second chance, aint no way in hell I'm gonna miss it!

Nobuo wasn't at the Dear Friends show I went to, but it was still a fun night out, and definitely worth it. I would love to attend the Chicago Distant Worlds show just to be in Nobuo's presence, but Chi-town's some 800 miles away from here *sigh*

hey everyone. it's my first post here.
anyway, i just got two tickets. my wife and i are going to go. i was going to get the cheap seats but my wife insisted that i spring for the 150 tickets since she know how much of a fan i am of Uematsu. i can't wait.

hello again. i was wondering if anyone else had been to one of the Dear Friends shows where Uematsu was in attendance.
i ask because, like i said above, i am attending the chicago show and i would like to take something for him to sign, but i don't know if it's appropriate. i hate to admit it, but i've never been to a show like this before and i don't know the etiquette. i got the tickets for the meet and greet with him. i know he is very good with his fans, but i just don't want to be rude you know?

Yeah, jt, good question. I would also like an autograph - did he do this for fans during the Dear Friends tour?

nobody knows? i guess i'll just take something and find out there.
i actually just purchased one of the limited edition FF7 soundtracks off of ebay and am going to try to get him to sign that. it's the one in the nice box with the metal plate on front. i hope i get the chance to ask him.

Seth, I emailed the people that are puting on the concert about getting an autograph and here is the reply:
Hello!
Thanks a lot for your interest in Distant Worlds.
The autograph session is going to be a part of the meet & greet session with Mr Uematsu, so please feel free to ask him for an autograph.
Naturally you are welcome to introduce yourself to him, and you might ask one or two questions, but please keep always in mind that there will be many fans joining the meet & greet session, so that we are a bit limited time-wise.
Thanks for your understanding - we hope you will enjoy the concert and the meet & greet.
Kind Regards
Did you get the meet and greet ticket? If so it looks like you're good to go.
